You will learn how to create any sound you want and utilise it for your own productions using various virtual instruments.

MIDI will affect the souds and music that your virtual instruments will produce, and knowing how to record and edit MIDI is a fundamental skill that is required. You will learn what it is, as well as all the different ways you can record and edit MIDI.

You will learn how to use samples and loops so that they work fit in your productions perfectly.

You will earn extremely advanced techniques to help you layer multiple samples and loops together to create a really powerful and full sounding result.

You will learn how to avoid nasty phasing issues and how to adjust the phase of your various audio and MIDI tracks so that they work in your favor.

Furthering the knowledge of Phase and Comb Filtering, you will learn what Mono compatibility is and why it is so important to get right! Ensuring your mix sounds good through any speaker system, whether it’s a big Club Mono system or a stereo pair of headphones.

We will take you through the signal flow of audio in a production scene. You will also learn how to gain stage all your tracks and plugins correctly so that you’re always working with the cleanest audio signals possible.

Focused on MASSIVE, SERUM and Sylenth 1. You will gain a complete understanding of every parameter in a synthsiser. Starting with the Oscillators and ADSR envelopes.

We will then advance to other modules of a synthesizer, including Filters, LFOs and effects.

We will delve even deeper on extremely advanced synthesis techniques such as Frequency Modulation, Ring Modulation, Macro Assignment, Pitch modulation, unison,  and more.

To finalise your synthesis training we will take you through defined formulas for creating the most sought after bass, lead, pad and drum sounds using all the techniques you will have learnt thus far.

You will learn how to program your drum sounds so you can always create the sound you want. Additionally, you will learn how to sequence your drums.

There are certain secrets related to sequencing drums known only to the top music producers. We teach you all of these secrets so you can apply them to your own productions.

EQs are a vital part of music production. You will learn what they are, how they work and how you can use them to enhance the tonality of any track. You will also learn how to use EQs to “unmask” instruments and produce a “clean” sounding track.

An equally important processor as EQs is compressors. You will learn how to use them in detail, as well as very advanced techniques used to enhance the tonality of any sound.

Noise Gates, Chorus, Phasers, Flangers, Tape Emulations, Echos & Delays,

Knowing how to edit audio regions fluently, as well as how to add automation is a required skill for any music producer. We will ensure you master this skill throughout the course.

Bus processing isn’t required if you hire a mastering engineer,  however we will teach you how to process your entire track so that you can play it out in clubs without having to hire a mastering engineer!
